Yes (normal) - my e-mail is always open and my TV is always on (either FOX, CNN, C-SPAN, C-SPAN2 or COPS).

Absolutely.  My main channels are the ESPN family of networks, The Weather Channel, Local NBC News, CNN.  Occasionally I'll watch the NBA on TNT and MLB on TBS, and Fox Sports Southwest

I don't own a television. I sometimes watch things of 4od and on the BBC iplayer, not sure if that counts. When I'm staying somewhere where there is a telly, I watch it if there's anything decent on.
