Moscow: OK.

They'll sell anything in Russia. I'm waiting for Putin to put his Kidneys on Ebay.

What does it mean that they have agreed to ship the spent fuel back to Russia? Is this a provision to make it harder to turn the uranium into bombs? Won't they find a way around that?
I'm
scared. Did anyone really think that they would sit idly by while India and Pakistarn develop nukes?

Hey, there is a bright side. A lot of smart people think nukes make things more safe, not less (if they meet the minimum standard of 'deterrent'). I'm sure Kenneth Waltz is very busy.
