I know some pretty reasonable Texas conservatives who are hacked off by one or two things KBH has done, but on the whole, most seem to like her. 

Now, Bubba and Billy Bob on the other hand may prefer Governor Goodhair. 

I would hope KBH would win, but I'm not so sure.  As Sam said, an endorsement from the elder Bush is not necessarily the most sought-after advantage in a Texas Republican showdown.

I'm actually more concerned, though, about who might replace her in the Senate.

I really like Kay and hope she beats Perry. When she leaves her senate seat, we can get Michael Williams to be elected.
