In a small town in Texas called Waxahachie, there's going to be a new shriff in town. The old sheriff, Bob, ruled with an iron fist. He didn't allow the citizens any breathing room. However, due to a fortunate heart attack, the people of Waxahachie have the choice of how they want to govern themselves. There are the Loyalists, who want to continue to have one Sheriff to rule them all. The Freedom Fighters are working hard for a Democracy, with one Sheriff, but an oversight committee to keep him in check (City Council). The final party is composed of the Utopians, who are fighting for an equal playing field for all, in a closed, self-sustained society.
