Companies in Austria pay their employees 14 full wages a year, coupled with 30 days (5 weeks) of paid vacation and 13 paid national holidays, because of work contracts that are dealed out between employers and the labor unions.

What about you Americans (and others) ? How many wages do you have and how many paid vacation days and holidays do you have ?

Of course, most employers voluntarily offer a certain amount of vacation, but it tends to be a good deal less than in Europe.
