You will notice that there is no evidence whatsoever for this claim, and quite a bit of evidence to the contrary. Polling has consistently suggested that people are angry with the Democrats because "Nothing is being done". People don't know what they want done, but they want something done, and they're usually happy with anything at all being done, regardless of what that action is.

You'll note Obama's record high disapproval rates.

I used this one against some other idiot elsewhere, but do you have no reading comprehension skills whatsoever?

As for "record high", sure, against himself. He's still way above the lows reached by Presidents as varied as Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, Carter, Nixon, Johnson, Truman, Hoover... (possibly Ford and Eisenhower as well, but I don't know for certain for either, and I think FDR had bouts of low numbers, too).

I would love nothing more than to have 435 brand new freshman Congressmen and 34 brand new freshmen Senators come January 3, 2011.  I know that will never happen, but its how I believe.

As much as I generally don't trust incumbent politicians either, this would be an absolutely terrible development if it ever came to pass.

At least the Senate would still be 2/3 intact to keep things running as normal, but a House comprised entirely of n00bs?  They wouldn't have the faintest clue how to manage things; even less so than the current crowd.

"The vote was 162-139.  Reports indicate that the remaining Congressmen got lost on the way to the House Chamber."

This is actually somewhat worrisome... Retards like Josh and BO are pretty indicative of your average dumb ass swing voter, so the tide really is turning against the Democrats! Shocked

Frightening to think that a majority of swing voters are like these people.

Well, I was going to switch, but I realized my views hadn't changed, so I wondered to myself why I was switching my party other than disgust.  If I look at the overall message of the Democratic Party (trying to work for the middle class) versus the overall theme of the Republican Party (big business), I would have, and eventually did, realize the Democratic Party serves my beliefs more in their theory.  Of course, both parties do a pathetic job at helping the middle class, but the Democrats "try", whereas a lot of Republicans don't even "try".  There are exceptions to both parties, but that's how I generally view the parties.  So, to make a long story short, I sent in my voters registration form Saturday and checked "Democratic Party".

Hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know that the main (but not only) reason that Obama and the Democrats haven't delivered on much is because the GOP has been blocking everything. And don't tell me about the Democrats' former 60-vote majority, because even when they had 60 votes--they needed all those 60 to pass a bill. That means that a lot of compromises will have to be made and the bill will be severely watered down. Of course, Dems could use budget reconciliation, but currently there are too many pussies within the party to do that. However, economics is also the main reason that I chose to identify with the Democratic Party back in 2004. I figured that Democrats were the lesser of the two evils and thus I decided to almost consistenly support them.
