any of you ever noticed this:

 Presidential
Candidate Home State Popular Vote Delegates
  George W. Bush  Texas  402,287  47.98%  7  58.3%  
  John McCain  Arizona  399,980  48.26%  5  41.7%

If you look at it, it says McCain got 48.26% of the vote and Bush 47.98% yet Bush got around 2 1/2 thousand more votes.....
