BREAKING NEWS: Paterson Scandal to Cause Resignation

Reports from the Business Insider state that the NYT will TOMORROW release a report about a scandal with enough significance to cause the governor to resign. Do you think he will resign and what do you think the report will be about?

Well Paterson cheats on his wife a lot.  If I had to guess it would be some sort of misappropriation of state funds, vehicles or employees toward that end.  As a general rule, I think most dudes who cheat on their wives are also more likely to cheat in other areas of their lives.

At this point, what I've heard of the scandal makes it unlikely he'll resign from office, but is likely to cause him to abandon the effort to run for reelection.

K well first dont call me "boy." Secondly, idk about the NYS you're living in, but in the one I'm living in I don't exactly expect his "communications team" to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

That's what Gawker has been claiming.  

Paterson was upfront about his past infidelity -  he brought it up immediately upon taking over the governorship.  Any hypocrisy charge won't stand.  Paterson has never claimed to be a saint.  Hypocrisy and lies during a coverup tend to take down politicians involved in sex scandals, not the sex itself.
