Even if he was, (he wasn't IMHO)  he's just died. It's not like he was a mass murderer or something.

I don't have the time to go to Pennsylvania and search through the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette archives to find out, so I guess this one will remain a mystery.
Mine indicates 1988.
