Albania? What is this.. "pick on all the obscure little-known poor countries because they are obscure little-known and poor" day?

Republic of Ireland o/c.  Turkey isn't a bad pick, but Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland should go pretty soon.

I think everybody has many reasons to vote (or not) for a country.
It can be historical, political, geographical, even touristic (even if it's not the place, but you're free to vote the way you want).

As it's not required to explain your vote...

For this round, I would have preferred to vote for Belgium or Luxembourg, but I wanted to save the Vatican. And even when I think about Luxembourg, it's good memories for me: fine restaurants, surprisingly good wines... OK, I stop here Wink.

Why would be Turkey a better pick than Albania ? Or Norway or Finland, uninteresting countries, historically speaking ?
Given its history and culture, Turkey should stay for many, many rounds.

Really, in this type of survivors, you don't vote with your brain. That's the "rule".

Republic of Ireland.

The First-Worldism of this forum is ridiculous.

It's not the forum: take a deeper look at it Wink

As long as countries that I would eliminate before fail against the Vatican, it's OK for me.
But, even me, the born-again Catholic, may vote for the Vatican when a country which doesn't deserve to go before it is threatened.

BTW, I really think Switzerland should have gone before Serbia or should go before Malta (Switzerland has always been a narrow-minded country).

Belgium should go soon also: a no-country, without big history.

As I've said, as soon as a "good" country is ousted, I join the anti-Vatican.
This is the case: Poland should have stayed here.

Vatican City

And Belgium and Switzerland next.

This survivor should be locked/closed by the moderater.

I have no reason to do it. Ballot stuffing isn't forbidden.
And long series of defeats aren't a rare thing, even in more... "classical" survivors...

When you are fed up with something, just drop it Wink.
I've already thought about boycotting it, because of Poland and France.

And maybe it'll occur soon Wink.

Take it cool: it's always irritating to see things not developing as you wish (and I remember some Chavez or Morales votes wated for many, many rounds).
But, well, even if there is PMing and ballot stuffing (for which I have no evidence though), it's only a game...
And you can just examine how long PMing is efficient Wink. But, most of those who don't vote Vatican aren't just influenced.
And the ultimate thing is just to not come here each day. RL isn't in survivors Wink.
As for me, as moderator, I'm forced to read everything, just in case... So, while checking, I drop a vote, it's always simpler, but I don't really care much.

Anyway, that's also why I've created the "options" taken on ideas of survivors, so that you can keep good ideas for you or for people you trust.

And all the Vatican haters should coalesce around my next good ideas Cheesy:
Switzerland, Cyprus, Iceland, Norway, Finland, Austria, and Ireland of course,
all "provincial" countries with big parochialism or uninteresting history or nasty history and mediocre politics Wink despite fine landscapes.

I don't think the Vatican protectors would be able to be united in this case.
And Vatican can be ousted later, just "on the way"....

I've got one real question, Libertas:

why do you like the Vatican city so much ?

From me, it would be understandable, but from a libertarian ?

Just out of curiosity.
