41% of people willing to re-elect scum like Goode? Salt of the earth.

It's registered voters, not likely voters.

Either way, Perriello is going down this year.

But he's cute as a button. How can you say no to that face?

God damn, your rationalization for why every Dem-friendly poll is wrong is as annoying as Democrats chirping "Rasmussen effect!" and randomly assigning bonus points to Dem candidates.

Yeah, I kind of want to hug him.

The fact that he is not trailing is not nearly as scarry for Dems as the fact that he can't get higher then 41% and is even tied with Independent Goode. Perriello will likely lose.

Put a likely voter screen on the poll, he is losing. Do you doubt that?

Also, 70% have no idea who Hunt is, and he's tied. He has nowhere to go but up.

Okay, that basically reaffirms my point that nobody has any idea who he is and yet he is tied with a sitting congressman.

Hurt isn't the ones who's tied with Perriello. Virgil Goode (the previous Representative of this district until Perriello beat him in 2008) is the one who is tied with Perriello.

He is talking about the top matchup. Not the second one.

Has Goode even so much as hinted at running as an indy?

Hurt leads the primary, mostly through name rec:

Robert Hurt - 22
Ken Boyd - 12
Ron Ferrin - 4
Feda Morton - 4
Michael McPadden - 3
Jim McKelvy - 2
Lawrence Verga - 2

Boyd is the only other elected official on the list, an Albemarle County Supervisor. If the teabaggers want to take Hurt down, they need to unify behind one candidate and fast.
