HP for kicking me off his message forum for absolutely NO reason other then I stated that I occasionally vote for rethuglicans.

JSojourner used to be one of my favorite democrats people on the forum, but this is a betrayal of the forum's trust, completely. I always thought him above such childishness. *Sigh*, I guess I was wrong.

Eh, he's still a better poster than most real people here.

Some of those far-right posters annoyed me a lot and I'd rather he didn't create any of them, but the fact remains that his actual account is still one of the most respectful and mature accounts on here. He's infinitely better than some of the petulant accounts out there (most of whom have revelled in this news).

The whole thing is so freaking sad. What a waste, what a loss. I know JS feels bad about all of this. The odd thing, is that the curtain had to come down eventually on the socks. It was a ticking time bomb for him as it were. Why oh why?

I have to say for most posters it would not be of that much interest. But for a poster as respected, with so much intellectual and human capital to give, who hardly needed socks to find something to do around here of value, it is in a different category. I guess the moral of the story is that "olds" around here should walk the walk without socks!
