Depends on how close it is. If it's a Bush vs Kerry type loss, where Obama only loses by a 2-3%, there will be some people who will blame racism.

If Obama gets defeated by a large margin, I'm sure very few will blame racism.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. Obama's supporters blamed racism for his poor showings in rural areas in the primaries and in the general election.
