Probably the first female who had a legitimate shot at the top spot. Beyond that, neutral.

HP. She was a staunch supporter of the Vietnam War.

She was a brilliant woman....and that one decision certainly doesn't discredit her.

Something that kills that many people does discredit someone.

So FDR is discredited because he sent hundreds of thousands of Japanese-Americans to internment camps, many of whom died there? Or for sending hundreds of thousands of Americans to be killed in WWII?
