The vast majority of the nothing getting done is the Senate GOP's utterly unprecedented requirement of cloture for litterally everything. Even with 60 votes this left everything vetoable by a Ben Nelson, a Mary Landreau or a Joe Lieberman. (And now, of course, a Scott Brown).

Angry so little has been accomplished? Save your blame for McConnell and the senate GOP, which are now likely to be duly punished for their intransigence by picking up several seats.
