Why not? He's the only Bavarian prime minister I can think of with an overwhelmingly positive posthumous reception. Tongue

Ehard. A weak compromise choice presiding (not governing) over CSU governments that really were coalition governments (within the official CSU alone, that is).

Maybe he win or he don't win, but you cannot say negative things against him. He was a man of Peace and fight against the WWI and he was the man of the Republic in Bavaria. By the way, Bavaria was one day earlier Republic than the rest of Germany. In the 100 days he was PM, he fight against the far-right and the far-left. This was one reason he lost the first election and at the day he want to resign, he was killed by the protofascist Arco-Valley
