Go.

County maps are available for elections since 1960 on Atlas and many more on Wikipedia.

Originally I was just going to include Goldwater, McGovern, and Mondale, but ultimately the criterion for being a 'loser' was cut off at winning 150 electoral votes or less.

None of course, that is going back to 1960.  Too difficult to go back further.

Why is it too difficult?

Tulsa County:
Wendell Wilkie, Thomas Dewey, and Barry Goldwater.

Tulsa County has always been very Republican, even when the rest of the state was heavy Dem.
