Yeah. Unfortunately I have a condition where, when not properly taken care of, I can end up doing a great deal of damage to myself and others, mentally, spiritually, and physically. This just ends up causing a lot of regrets, which makes the condition worse. I can hide things I've done from others, but unfortunately I'll never be able to forget them, so I've stopped trying for the most part....
