This was the first bill I proposed This is merely an updated version, where I've plugged more funding into it and expanded some of the programs. This is the type of bill where I want to see Assembly members give their suggestions/ideas- there's a heck of lot we can do to help get the economy moving again. I'd like to see some new programs supported as unemployment as started to rise back up.

I believe that some spending will be necessary to help the economy, and this isn't too much. I see no glaring mistakes in this bill.
