Hi there. I would like to introduce this piece of legislation that has been inspired by the wonderful one succesfully passed in the Northeast on a proposal by my comrade Barnes.

Ironically, I would have the power to introduce it, if it's passed (as of now the only thing I can do is put it up for an Initiative election). I just figured it's better to post it here and see if someone will sponsor it than post it directly into the Legislature and derail the current debate.

The Restoration of Pacific Order Act

1. So as to guarantee order and stability on the western border of the Imperial Dominion of the South, the Imperial Militia shall enter Pacific territory to guarantee stable and efficient government until such time as the Pacific is able to govern itself.

2. Until the Pacific is able to govern itself, all Pacific territory shall be considered temporarily annexed by the Imperial Dominion of the South. During this time Pacific residents afforded every right that would be given to any Southern citizen.

3. Federal elections in the former Pacific region will be administered by a caretaker governor, appointed by the Emperor.

We can deal with that when it comes. What would you suggest, imprisonment?

Forgive them Alfred, they know not what they do.

As this is again an emergency matter I'll introduce it immediately after the last bill is officially done this afternoon.

Withdraw our presence form the region, as per the orders of the Emperor. They are the fed's problem. We can only commit the assistance of our militia to the feds, and even then, that is with the approval of the Emperor.

Does the Emperor get to just ignore IDS law? The Restoration of Pacific Order act was passed in a perfectly legal way and the fact that the Emperor disagrees with it doesn't give him the right to not enforce it.
