Saw a fellow at school wearing green and orange face paint. I informed him what orange meant. He left looking confused.

There were many kids running around Dublin (and Belfast and everywhere else) with green and orange (and any other colour one can think of) face paint yesterday. (Most of the Northern parades are actively cross-community in nature.)

Even BRTD would approve of my activities last night.  Somehow I acquired a green shamrock-shaped plastic pendant bubble toy, which hung around my neck for most of the evening.  At the end of the night a stripper asked me if she could have it, and then gave me a lapdance in return, effectively free of charge.
