Sam, who would you vote for between Cuomo, Lazio, and Levy?

Levy easily.

Lazio is a loser and I can't vote for any that connected with Wall Street right now (or supported by Theodore Roosevelt - calls himself a "Republican" but he was a big-time Obama booster during both primary and general, held a fundraiser for him in his own house, lol).

Cuomo has done decent work as AG, but I know too much about him and haven't forgotten what he did at HUD in the 1990s.  We'll leave it at that.

Did he feel up your aunt too?

FYI Levy's candidacy won't be based around immigration but rather jobs/budget/finance issues

True, but announcing his candidacy during the start of the trial over the Lucerno killing probably doesn't help him.

Bad news for Levy: the Conservatives say they're going with Lazio and Lazio says he's staying in until November on their line.

Just in 100-200 homes, but the rest of the state still has to get to the late 1980s culturally

Not even remotely close to true, even in the rural areas.

Isn't that a bit unnecessary?

I was gonna say. Surely, it's 50-100 and the 1960s.

LOL, I'd love to see a Cuomo vs. Levy vs. Lazio race play out. Wonder who my dad (a neo-con who likes Levy a lot) would vote for.

I hope the Green Party can reach the 50,000 vote threshold to achieve ballot access.

A lot of crap comes out of Steve Levy's mouth and those comments will come to the surface during his campaign and definitely hurt his chances. If he wins the nomination the Cuomo campaign will certainly jump on this.

I don't like Levy or Lazio, so I guess I'm voting third party unless Cuomo can convince me otherwise.

Not surprising.  Few outside of Long Island know who Levy is, even in the rest of the NYC media market.  68% have no opinion of Levy.

You should be able to get a bit more than 16% just by having the (R) next to your name. That's sort of pathetic. Anyway, I still see no real chance of this becoming any kind of race unless Cuomo is found with a dead girl or a live boy. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Tongue

Well, again, I would hesitate to be so bold.   I think a lot of us (and analysts) buy the "inevitability" campaign media strategy more than we objectively should.

Does anyone know how Bloomberg feels about Levy?
