I'm sticking to my one judge proposal.

might as well install a dictiorship in the atlas forumn for a person judge who presides over everyone

I disagree with this proposal on several grounds:
- A single person, no matter how approved, would have a significant amount of power.
- Judicial appointments would be very politicized, and independence restricted.
- Senators might not be willing to agree on one candidate, and the previous officeholder would stay in office for a lengthy period of time.

Instead, I propose the following plan:

Three justices be appointed by the President, with the advice and consent of the Senate, for six-month terms, except that for the first three appointments, one judge's term expire within two months, and the second expire within four months. A new justice would be appointed every second month.

With minor changes I'd have to agree with my collegue and the distiginused Gentlemen from Emsworth from New Jersey
