Second poll to show this, and it outside the margin of error.
Earl looks like he's in trouble.

Second *Rasmussen* poll to show this. R2k had him up by 20ish points in their last poll. I expect it's probably a tossup at this point now, thanks to Hoeven being at the top of the ticket.

Rasmussen is flooding the internet with their polls that predict an election where like 8 Democrats decide to turn out nationwide. They're doing the same thing with Rossi in Washington, even though no other polls have shown him to be competitive (except for some crap Republican internal).

They're trying to make the narrative seem more favourable to the GOP than it actually is. YouGov is doing a similar thing here in the UK, flooding the polls showing Labour as the largest party, when most other companies are showing the Labour-Conservative spread about 5-6 higher than YouGov are showing it. But, YouGov UK is one of the most accurate pollsters.

It's like no one around here ever learns to read and research.  Therefore, I'll just copy and paste.

Folks seem to forget that Pomeroy has never been that strong of an incumbent anyway.

True, but he did survive 1994.
