Utah was third best in 2000, but Bush should do a bit worse in Idaho and Wyoming since those states are a bit more libertarian, and some of those voters will vote third party out of frustration with the leadership of the GOP.

Utah always will have a solid, underlying Democratic base. Small, but Bush won't make it to 70%.

Idaho and Wyoming could. I think that Idaho has a bigger Dem base than Wyoming. Barely.
