Davis MUST lose, he's too idiot... Does he think that voting against HCR will help him? The people who don't support HCR won't vote for Davis, they will always vote for the GOP candidate.

That's not true at all.  There are tons of conservative Democrats in the South.

Of course, one could argue that they're not the type to authentically consider voting for minority candidates.

Ah, maybe not in Alabama.  Point made.

Either way, Davis has gotta try SOMETHING to try and broaden his appeal.  And the historic nature of his campaign is probably going to bring a lot of African-American voters to the polls, well, the ones who would vote in midterm elections, despite his HCR vote.

I stand corrected though.
