Democrats like Zell Miller, whom he was traveling with, do have strong records on defense.  What's your point.

I'll also add that the Daily Kos raises money for political candidates; as far as I know, Drudge does not.

What is your possible point?  DK has[/d] raised money for candidates, a purely partizan act.  Drudge, so far as I know, does not raise money for candidates.
