That "embarrassingly horrible television response" was in 2009. In 2011-2012 nobody will care anymore, especially if Jindal rehabilitated his speech making skills.

Ah well, I like Jindal, and I think he's done a great job as Governor of Louisiana. I guess we'll have to wait for 2016 for him to run, if he wants to.

Meh.  He wouldn't have made it far.  He would have made it about as far as Duncan Hunter or Fred Thompson did in the 2008 cycle.
