In each round, vote to eliminate one Chairman and one Ranking Member.  After each round, the Chairman and Ranking Member with the most votes will be eliminated. This will continue until there is only one Chairman and one Ranking Member remaining. Those two will face off in the final round for the title of "House Committee Chairman and Ranking Member Survivor."

Each round will last at least 24 hours. As Impartial Judge of this Survivor, I have no vote (EDIT) except in the case of a tie. In case of a tie, the first tiebreaker will be votes from previous rounds. In case of a further tie, the second tiebreaker will be (EDIT) my vote.

Round 8 is open, and will close no earlier than 9:30 pm ET on Friday, April 23rd.

That's true, but I also like to maintain a semblance of impartiality. In future I'll vote to break a tie that isn't broken by votes in previous rounds. At least that's better than resorting to the RNG.
