Probably a full half of my wardrobe consists of black dress shirts with thin (I loathe fat pin-stripes) blue or white pin-stripes - one shirt has purple pin-stripes, one red. I don't tend to go all out and wear ties with them, but I love them, and wish they'd come into fashion.

For shirts, no.  I have three pin striped shirts.  I have three pin striped suits.

No, that's boring. A nice mix of solids, stripes, ginghams, plaids, checks, and tattersalls is the way to go.

All in one outfit?  Now that's an exciting idea.

You know, Opebo... the 80s have been calling me a LOT lately asking for you.  They really want you back... and frankly, I'm sick of having to listen to her sob with really sh**tty hairband ballads going in the background.

Haha, I don't actually dress that way!

No.  People should wear black army fatigues on a regular basis.

Sounds scratchy.

Today I bought like 40 garments for about $32!  Mostly shirts, a few trousers and a coat or two.

Probably would be, if I didn't have a black t-shirt on under it.

I do wear black socks religiously, but they are the only black I wear.

Gingham is probably my favorite pattern for shirts.  I OD'd on plaid shirts a couple of years, but the trend has died out.  Currently, my favorite shirts for casual wear are solid-color chambray ones, like this...

For business attire, anything goes as long it's balanced by something more conservative among the jacket/shirt/tie.
