Ranks toward the bottom, only ahead of Woodrow Wilson, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, Lyndon B. Johnson, Harry S. Truman, and Richard Nixon.

Ah, well I just flipped Cleveland and Coolidge this time. J.Q. deserves a high rank for his foreign policy, imo.

You can't rank him two years into his presidency.

Zachary Taylor was only in office for 8 days less than Obama, and we all rank him.

Lincoln? I struggled to put him in there. He was an unstable sociopath who manipulated enough people to make it that far. Ronald Reagan's advocacy for the free market and peace through strength makes him the best on my list. He understood that with capitalism and a free market, a socialist country CANNOT compete because it is not possible for socialism to grow an economy. We defeated the USSR because of capitalism. If not for Reagan, they would've taken over our country by the time Bubba stumbled along.

lol. The U.S.S.R. would have collapsed even without Reagan. Its economy was already stagnating long before Reagan came into office. Reagan just got lucky because Gorbachev came to power under his watch. Gorbachev played a much greater role in the collapse of the U.S.S.R. than Reagan did. As for Lincoln, he won the Civil War and freed the slaves. Enough said.

The civil war didn't have anything do do with banning slavery until the war was well underway. This is true despite what you read in your history books.

The USSR would have fallen anyway, but Reagan did hasten it along to the tune of putting us 4 trillion dollars in debt. And no Genius the USSR is  50 years behind us militarily. Ya remember what we did to the Iraqi army in the first Gulf WAR. Well where do ya think they got there equipment from? Bingo the got it from Russia. And that was there top of the line. We used to study the Russian equipment when I was in the army and its a joke.

He is the* CINC, just like the rest of them were.

*there were a lot of other "CINC"s until a few years ago when they (Rummy) changed the names of guys in charge of the various Unified Commands to "combatant commanders"....which is a stupid name.
