FDR picks Byrnes as his VP in 1944 instead of Truman. Byrnes becomes President in 1945 upon FDR's death. WWII and the economy still goes the same way as in RL. The GOP nominates former Minnesota Governor Harold Stassen in 1948, while the Dems nominated Byrnes. Who would win? You pcik the VPs. Discuss, with maps.
