Let's say that George Pataki wins the GOP nomination in 2012 and faces off against Obama. How does the election map look like and who wins? You pick the VPs, and if you think a third party would emerge, you're welcome to create it.

Discuss, with maps.

What is the scenario?  Unemployment and approval rating, specifically.

I don't really want to guess the future, so let's just pretend the election was held today.

I used to like Pataki.  Now, he's showing himself to be a huge hypocrite.

Anyways, Pataki's social views would not work well with traditional conservatives...For the sake of argument, Sarah Palin runs as a third party Tea Party candidate.

Barack Obama/Joe Biden:  444
Sarah Palin/Mike Huckabee:  89
George Pataki/Mitt Romney:  5

Only reason Pataki even wins Utah is because of Romney.
