Southeast Regional Elections April 2010

Voting in the April 2010 Southeast Initiative Referendum shall begin at 10:07pm EST / 9:07pm CST Friday, April 16 and shall conclude at Monday April 19th 10:07pm EST / 9:07pm CST. Voting shall be conducted under Southeast Voting Regulations.
Voting shall use proportional representation through the single transferable vote (PR-STV).
A voter's ballot is valid only if the voter:
(a) is registered with the Atlasian Secretary of Forum Affairs as a voter of a Southeastern state during the entire time that the poll is open;
(b) makes only a single post in that election thread;
(c) does not edit or delete a post after the next post has been made; and
(d) clearly identifies the contest in which a vote is intended to be applied.
