This looks very biased in my opinion, with only 2 Democratic Governor's.

Well, the facts are liberally biased. Blagojevich resigned, so he doesn't get to be on this list.

Its biased because of the inclusion of rejecting stimulus funds for Unemployement. That isn't unethical, its a different viewpoint about not creating unfunded mandates that will force tax hikes and hurt the economy even more, which is what that would have done.

I love how the GOP considers these governors as the best, but then the Democrats rate them among the worse. It's quite interesting actually.

Arnold ties for the most charges without having that one. He manages to occasionally put the interests of California over far right-wing ideology, but he's still terrible.

Really? If Arnold is far right, then Bernie Sanders is a moderate.

Arnold can be pretty far right on certain issues, at least on certain days. I'll admit that as Republicans go he is one of the least consistently far right. But that doesn't prevent him from doing some pretty far right things. He particularly seems to hate public transit.

Very biased list. If anything Gibbons, Paterson and Perry should be at the top.

I don't hold any grudge against Arnold Schwarzenegger.  I'll be happy when he's out doing Junior 2 and Jingle All The Way 2 and not trying to do things he's profoundly unqualified to do, though.

Um, wow. Barack Obama's career consisted of a lot more and things more relevant to public service than saying "Hasta la vista baby"
