California, Maryland, and Washington.

Accidentally forgot Oregon. It would have replaced either CA or MD, probably CA.

BOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!  I refuse to vote.  The great state of Kansas didn't make it into the finals!!!!!!!!!!

I like Kansas. I've been to Witchita and Newton. Both great areas of the state..pretty boring landscape but the beef is cheap and very very good. Smiley Hey, are they still giving away that free land there?

Free land abounds in this state.  In fact, my hometown of Kanopolis gives away free plots of land.

I saw it on Fox News or some station. No taxes or anything. You just have to build a house on the land within a year.

All of Ellsworth County has a free land program.  It's brought in quite a few people, so I hear, though I'm living in Riley County at this point.

Geez, I'm moving to Kansas. What exactly qualifies as a "house" though?

I think I can get a cardboard box up by then.

The Great Plains are being depopulated by economic reality - I'm not surprised there's free land there.

And it's a tie between Maryland and Massachusetts, two very curvy balls.

Maryland???

Have any of you actually been to Baltimore???

It's like Newark, New Jersey without the pollution...Philadelphia without all of the "charming" people...LOL

Other than that small area they rebuilt around the Harbor, Baltimore is truly revolting...

Best states are Florida, Texas and Georgia.
