WHEW!

Things seem not to be looking so bad for us.  Even in the Sestak/Toomey race the Philly area has a lot of undecideds.

It'd be pretty awesome if we managed to hold this one. These guys really do suck at winning special elections.

Here's hoping for a Democratic win. If the GOP wins, the media will spin this one as much as they spun Scott Brown's victory in MA.

This is a fascinating district. I'm surprised Murtha was able to hold onto it for so long, especially after his racist/redneck comments about his own constituents. And wasn't this the only congressional district in the nation that voted for Kerry in 2004 and then voted for McCain in 2008? If the Republicans win it, I think we may see the end of that faithful Democratic voting bloc of working class blue-collar whites particularly in that area of the country (the Rust Belt/Appalachia whatever you wanna call it).
