When NiK first contacted me about this.  I suggested starting this thread to get his view out, but I also told him to find a moderator who would be most sympathetic to his views (not me, I don't post on that board) to push for it on the mod board.

I sent him a fairly long pm over it once. I've sent two messages in all to him about it. I've also messaged 2 moderator's, but neither responded.

Thanks Dave.  I dealt with the initial request and tried to move it along the proper channels in the most effective manner, as well as giving process advice from the perspective of someone who has nothing to do with such things.  I'm glad to see that it worked out.
