Whenever I want to open ARG`s homepage, this appears:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have heard that other people outside the US cannot access the page either, so what`s up with these a**holes ?

So ARG not only sucks horrendously, but it's xenophobic as well. Awesome.
But the real question you need to be asking yourself is...are you losing sleep over it?

It's possible that they think that they won't get any business from foreigners, so they don't see any reason to pay for the bandwidth to connect with IP's they can clearly identify as foreign.
