Not entirely related, but I find it strange that Walt Minnick looks like a safe bet for reelection in a state that is like to go well over 60% for the Republican in the Senate race (Minnick not being a conservadem or anything like that).

There was a poll of Minnick vs. generic Republican showing him up big.

Ehhhhhhh there's no way I believe that poll. I looked up the organization and they've done a few okay polls in the past but still, everything about the poll looks wrong to me. In ID-1, there's always going to be a good 30-40% of voters that will say generic Republican over Minnick.
