I'm guessing Obama is going to make him ambassador to St. Lucia or Portugal or something, so no.

Yeah, he's out. There's no way to get on the ballot anymore, so what's done is done.

This. I don't think he'll run a write-in campaign, either.

Doesn't he still have more money than God? I wonder what he's going to do with it.

I've had a cynical suspicion about what he'll do with it.

The Obama-Specter ad he released to the media had the "paid for by Friends of Specter" label on it, but the one that actually ran as a major ad buy had "paid for by the DSSC" on it.

I can't imagine Obama & the DSSC *NOT* negotiating all kinds of deals, including ones where he donates his remaining warchest and ones where he continues to vote favorably towards Obama, in event of his loss.

He's being dumped by two parties and he's 80.  He's going to have fun.

He said he would support the Democratic nominee, which is Joe Sestak, so he's a done duck in a little over 7 months.

When a candidate says he'll "support the [insert party] nominee," you will be lucky if he even votes for the guy.

Yeah but if Sestak is smart he won't have Arlen stumping for him.

I should have inserted in my post that his promise is worth as much as a cup of Mocha at McDonalds, and that's being very generous!!
