I don't think ether country is that dumb.

I think North korea is pretty stupid, and their leader is so nuts it would make great movie material.

Not unless there is a real nuclear threat. But it'd be very unlikely and anyways, the was would almost certainly result in a status quo.

I agree that we should defend South Korea, but we should've had sanctions on them in the 1990's.  By the time Bush got into office he had enough on his plate with 9/11, terrorism, and Iraq. However, he even could've done more.
