I'd like Moderators to give the thread chance and not lock this immedially.

Instead of making more thread, let's have one thread for eventual complains about moderators, in civil way of course,

I'd suggest against that - since that would mean that only Dave could lock/delete it if it needed to be.

However, I have no problems with healthy criticism.  In fact, I welcome it.  So, if you have a problem with my decisions, PLEASE let me know (but I mean specific criticism - simply saying that "Inks is a bad mod" or "Inks goes too far" doesn't tell me how you feel, and how I can become a better mod).

EDIT: Also, me and Mikado agree on probably 95% of the decisions we make in regards to reported posts.  Unless it's profanity, I hardly ever edit/delete something unless someone else reports it, or if it's a BLATANT personal attack.

I did.  Because it's a Forum tradition that when one Goldmine deadends, it's closed and a new one is opened.  Hence why we're on 13 now.
