Just so set some things straight:
Hitler was not Jewish.
There was a decent number of gay people high up in NSDAP (my private speculation has always been that the man-worshipping in fascist movements can lead to an uneasy coexistence with homoeroticism) but it sort of ended when Hitler, you know, killed them off and all that.
Also, whatever random people higher up were doing before 1934, policies toward homosexuals became more punitive during the Nazi era. Berlin's gay scene was shut down and people sent to prison. Nazi propaganda glorified the family and childbearing along with traditional masculinity, so it's obvious how that would play out for gays.
