Indeed he did. To place exactly who in my mind...I'd say Damon from Valkyria Chronicles(which is mainly a strategy game, but you get the idea).

Yes, which was part of the reason he was cool with me. He was a major boss battle for this forum and when he was beaten he didn't keep re-spawning like Hamilton.
