Yeah, most of my ancestors arrived two to three generations ago, so no such luck for me.  One side of my mom's family was fairly prominent in Philadelphia since the 1800s though.  But the rest was native or slaves, so I don't think they reached very staggering heights in society.

My family recently found a semi-direct link to the British monarchy, so I'm distantly related to a lot of U.S. Presidents.  As for directly, Congressman Richard Neal is my great-uncle.  I'm also aLmost A  direct descendant of Calvin Coolidge on my father's side of the family.
