That's just the thing. Yougo could easily be someone who just likes to mess with people. I'm not saying he's a sock of another poster (I think I remember someone saying he had a valid IP), but, he could simply be an act.

From a legal standpoint, if a poster posts that his age is 10, and he acts like he is 10, he should be banned, in my opinion.

Didn't Bill Clinton sign COPPA or something that restricted internet participation of those under 13?
