Halter: 49%
Lincoln: 45%

The Research 2000 Arkansas Run-Off Poll was conducted from June 2 through June 4, 2010. A total of 600 Democratic Primary voters who are likely to vote in next Tuesday’s Run-Off election were interviewed statewide by telephone.

Good, but whoever wins will lose in November anyway.

Halter could end up winning the runoff by double digits or close to it. Lincoln isn't going to get any serious amount of undecided voters.

Lincoln has been stuck at 45% in every poll for months now.

I honestly can't think of a reason someone would vote for Blanche Lincoln.  It can't be electability, because she's roughly as popular as smegma, and it can't be her policies, because she's not moderate on any of the right issues.  I could understand not supporting Halter, but actively supporting Lincoln is beyond my comprehension.

There's still a significant portion of Arkansas Democrats who like her on a personal level (like the family of a friend of mine who lives in AR), and she's done a good job providing agricultural pork as well.

A polling company got a primary run-off election wrong?! That's never happened before!

At least Research 2000 polled that race, unlike Rasmussen who was AWOL one more time.

Because when Rasmussen isn't involved, a bad poll is better than no poll at all!

Absolutely!
That's like asking if you want a diagnosis do you prefer a bad doctor or no doctor at all.

Seriously... stripping out the recent arguments here about Rasmussen, given what you know about primary polling and the margins shown, do you really consider this a bad poll?

Progressives and progressives who try to play themselves off as being even-handed are so f-ing predictable sometimes.

Well, didn't they also under-poll Halter by quite a bit in the first election?
