http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/pdf/PPP_Release_SC_606.pdf  (pages 23-28 of the PDF)

Along with the Gubernatorial poll that takes up the first 22 pages, PPP did a subsample of 300 4th District voters

Gowdy ............................................................ 37%
Inglis ............................................................... 33%
Jeffrey............................................................. 5%
Lee.................................................................. 9%
Thomas........................................................... 9%
Undecided....................................................... 7%

They didn't ask about a runoff as Ayres, McHenry & Associates did, but their first round results are essentially the same within the MoE.

If Inglis is polling below his challenger in the first round, I would say a poll of the runoff is pretty superfluous.

True, but it's not as if the question couldn't have been asked anyway.
