There actually is an age limit of 13 here?  Is this United States law, or just Atlas Forum policy?

Didn't Bill Clinton sign COPPA or something that restricted internet participation of those under 13?

That's just the thing. Yougo could easily be someone person who just likes to mess with people. I'm not saying he's a sock of another poster (I think I remember someone saying he had a valid IP), but, he could simply be an act.

From a legal standpoint, if a poster posts that his age is 10, and he acts like he is 10, he should be banned, in my opinion.

Yeah, I agree with that.

U.S. law - COPPA, which Barnes and Libertas sited.  I wouldn't really care if it was just a forum policy, but it's an actual legal issue.

Yes, and better for it, I say. Not only from an irritant standpoint, but also that these kids can get into a lot of trouble unsupervised.
